What we repair here.
The same work, the same rates and the same crew as everywhere else we run. Tap a job and the request form opens with the first line already written.

Diagnostics & check engine
We pull the codes, trace the fault to the component that caused it, and tell you what we found in plain language.

Brakes & rotors
Pads, rotors, calipers and fluid. Measured before replacement and road-tested after.

No-start diagnosis
Battery, starter, ignition and fuel, worked in order until the cause is known rather than guessed.

Battery & electrical
Charging system testing, alternators, starters, parasitic draw and wiring faults.

Oil & fluid service
Engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission and differential. Serviced on schedule, on site.

Cooling & overheating
Thermostats, hoses, water pumps and bleed procedures; found before the head gasket is.

Tune-up & misfire
Plugs, coils and sensors. We isolate the cylinder that is causing the shake and repair that one.

Belts & hoses
Serpentine and timing components, and the hose that is about to let go on the interstate.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them is a waiting room.

Tell us about the vehicle
Year, make, model, and what it is doing. Photos or a short video of the noise help and are optional. The request takes about two minutes.

We confirm the appointment
We review the request, put the work in writing where we can quote it sight unseen, and confirm a day and a time window with you directly.

A technician arrives and repairs it
We come to the vehicle with the tools and the parts. You see the failed component before it is replaced, and you approve the work before it starts.

The tool system
One tool system, in every van.
We run Sonic Tools, and only Sonic Tools. That is not brand loyalty for its own sake; a mobile bay lives or dies on knowing exactly what is on board and exactly where it is.
Every tool has a shape cut for it
The trays are shadow foam. Each socket, ratchet and wrench sits in its own cut-out, so a gap in the foam is a missing tool and you can see it from across the drawer.
Nothing goes home under your hood
That matters more in a driveway than it does in a shop. The tray gets checked before the drawer shuts, which is the whole reason we work out of a system instead of a bucket.
The right size, not the nearest size
A full metric and imperial set on board means the fastener comes out instead of rounding off. A rounded fastener is what turns an hour into an afternoon, and you are the one who pays for the afternoon.

What it costs
The numbers, before you call.
The same terms in Snellville as anywhere else we work, and the same ones printed on the estimate you sign.
- The visit

- Warranty
- 30-day / 1,000-mile labor warranty

Per trip, and it includes the first hour of diagnosis. It appears on your estimate under that name.
Quoted from guide hours, not from a clock we are holding. Your estimate shows one combined figure for the job.

Georgia sales tax applies to parts only, and it is itemised on the estimate before you accept it.
Customers
What people say after we leave.
Reviews from across the metro area, not just Snellville. Same crew doing the work in each of them.
You replaced coils and spark plugs. You did a great job. You explained everything and showed us the damaged parts. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional you are. We will absolutely use you again and highly recommend you!!
The mobile mechanic did a great job. He were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived when he said he would. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to others.
Mr.Austin is God sent!! Came the day of and finished in a timely manner and whatever he didn’t finish he came by the next day to get done
Austin is the absolute best. I didn't know when hiring him that I would end up with a life long gear head friend! He really understands the intricacies of auto maintenance and worked hard to repair right the first time. He took extra care to make sure everything was resolved. Thank you

Questions
Before you let a stranger into the driveway.
Do you really come to me?
Yes. That is the whole service. We work at your home, your workplace or wherever the vehicle has stopped, across the Greater Atlanta Metro Area. The vehicle does not move and you do not sit in a waiting room.
A small number of jobs genuinely need a lift or a machine shop; if yours is one of them we tell you that up front rather than after we have arrived.
What does it cost to get someone out?
A visit carries a $65 trip fee, and that fee includes the first hour of diagnosis. It is not a separate call-out charge stacked on top of diagnosis time; it is the visit and the first hour together.
Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before we start, and you approve it before a bolt is turned.
Do I get a price before the work starts?
Always. You get a written estimate with the parts, the labor and the tax on it, and the work does not begin until you accept it. We do not invent repairs and we do not add line items you did not approve.
Is the work guaranteed?
30-day / 1,000-mile labor warranty on labor we perform, from the date of the repair. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty; we do not extend a separate parts warranty on top of it.
Parts you supply yourself are the exception. They carry no warranty of any kind and the labor warranty does not apply to a repair performed with them, because we cannot stand behind a component we did not source.
Can I supply my own parts?
You can, and we will fit them. Understand what changes: those parts carry no warranty, the labor warranty does not apply to that repair, and if the part turns out to be wrong or defective the labor to diagnose it, remove it and fit the correct one is billable.
What if I need to cancel?
Tell us as early as you can and it costs nothing. A cancellation less than an hour before the scheduled window carries an $85.00 late-cancellation fee, and every customer gets one courtesy pass before that is ever charged.
Which vehicles do you work on?
Most cars, light trucks and SUVs on the road in metro Atlanta, whatever the badge. Tell us the year, make and model when you request a quote and we will say plainly if yours is one we should not take on.
When can you come out?
24/7. Pick the day and the window that suit you when you request a quote and we confirm it with you directly.
